Spinach and Artichoke Mac 'n Cheese Cups

Growing your own artichoke is both challenging and rewarding. After you have purchased your artichoke seeds, planted them, cared for them, and raised them... what do you do with them? What is the best way to cook your artichokes so that you and your family can enjoy them to the fullest? Try these Spinach and Artichoke Mac 'n Cheese Cups, which is sure to be a hit with every family member, no matter their age.

These are the ingredients you will need, though you can always add more or less of the vegetables depending on your personal taste:

Ingredients

-1 cup of Elbow Macaroni

-16 oz of Alfredo Sauce

-9 oz of Spinach 

-7 oz of Artichoke Hearts

-12 Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls

-3/4 cup of Parmesan Bread Crumbs

Steps

Now that you have all the ingredients, it is time to use them! Here are the steps to prepare your Spinach and Artichoke Mac 'n Cheese Cups:

-Combine the Alfredo sauce, spinach, and artichoke hearts together in a small pan and then bring to a light simmer.

-In a separate pot, boil your macaroni. When ready, drain it and then add the noodles to the sauce and vegetables. Don't forget to mix!

-Take your crescent rolls and a muffin tin and then  lay each piece of dough atop a divot in the pan. Press the dough downwards so that it covers each divot entirely.

-Spoon your macaroni and vegetable filling into each muffin cup as high as you would like but at least 3/4 full.

- Sprinkle each cup with the Parmesan Bread Crumbs

-Cook them in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, and then serve!
