Chamomile is a well known fragrant herb that's used to naturally treat anxiety and stress. The flowers are edible and appear as Daisies, displaying white petals that surround a yellow center. The two most popular strains are German Chamomile and Roman Chamomile, both of which can be added to teas, and used as a garnish.
