Corn Seeds For Planting
You may not know this, but Corn was never meant to exist. At least not in the form that we see today. Corn actually comes from a 7,000 year old ancestor that was only 19mm long, containing 6 to 8 hard kernels that were virtually non-edible. Today, through thousands of years of selective breeding we pass it around at the dinner table for its sweet and juicy flavor.
Corn couldn't survive or thrive in the wild without humans to cultivate it. So next time you prep those cobs filled with rows and rows of golden yellow kernels, remember all the hard work that has gone into producing something so delicious!
