What gardener could possibly forget the Forget-Me-Not? These shade loving perennials produce hundreds of small flowers along slender stems. They tend to bloom in the late Spring to early Summer months and come in shades of blue, white and pink. The plants only mature to a height of 18 inches tall on average, though some varieties such as the Chinese Forget-Me-Not can grow a bit taller.
They are known to attract butterflies and bumblebees and go great in butterfly gardens and insectaries. Forget-Me-Not plants are well suited for pots and containers, and even window boxes too. They also do well when planted in raised beds, or directly in the garden.
