ALL ABOUT THIS CORN

Grow “Silver Queen” Sweet Corn from fresh vegetable seeds. Silver Queen produces 8 to 9 inch cobs atop a 8 to 9 foot stalk. Delicious variety with an excellent, long lasting quality. Creamy yellow kernels. Ready for harvest in roughly 90 to 100 days after first sprouts appear.

Keep in mind, that hybrids ARE NOT the same as GMO based seed products. They are not “normal” in the sense of being produced in nature, but are completely natural, produced by breeding two species of corn, containing no chemicals or harmful substances.

Corn can be sown in peat pots to get an early start on the growing season, but are best started directly outdoors when the weather is warm. Sow at a depth of 1” under topsoil. Water daily and provide an area of full sunlight.
