What if I add insurance?
If shipping insurance is added and an order is marked "delivered," but you haven't received it, you can receive 1 free reshipment to the same address on the entire order upon contacting us.
What if I don't add insurance?
If shipping insurance is not added to an order, we are not liable for reshipping or refunding any part of the order.
Do I just purchase once?
Shipping insurance is a single purchase (per order) that covers any amount of $$ and any size order.
What if my order gets lost?
If tracking displays no movement and the package becomes lost, we will offer a full refund, or a replacement. Whichever you choose.
What if my order is damaged?
If the order arrives damaged, we will request images for proof and can further assist on a case by case basis with either a reshipment, a partial refund, or a full refund.
What items are covered?
This covers any and all Seed Needs branded products. Items shipped by a third party are not eligible for coverage.
